1. Where is the hotel located?

We are located in the north of Phuket Island on the pristine Mai Khao Beach, only 15 minute drive from the Phuket International Airport.

2. How far is the hotel from downtown? What is the approximately cost for taxi to downtown and is there a shuttle bus service?

It takes approximately 45-minute drive from Phuket town. The local taxi from and to Phuket town is approximately THB900for one way(per car). Please check when you arrive as the hotel does not control the price. The hotel also has a shuttle bus that goes to both Central Shopping Festival and then to Patong. We charge a nominal fee for this service to our guests.

3. How far is the hotel from the beach?

We are located directly on the beachfront of the unspoiled Mai Khao Beach.

4. Do you have any special promotions?

Yes, we do. Please visit our PROMOTION page.

5. Do you have smoking rooms?

Yes, we have a limited number of smoking room. Please make a special request in "smoke preference" on your reservation page.

6. Are rollaway bed's available?

Yes, a rollaway bed is available upon request with a fee.

7. Do you charge for visitors?

We do not charge for visitors, however, the visitors are required to present their valid ID card at the Front Desk for security purpose.

8. What are the standard check-in and check-out time?

The standard check-in time is 14:00hrs and check-out time is 12:00noon.

9. Can I store my luggage?

We have a storage room to store your luggage free of charge.

10. Do you have internet service in the guestroom?

Yes, we provide complimentary wired and wireless internet access in all guestrooms and public areas.

11. Do you have a Fitness Centre on site?

Yes, our Fitness Centre is located in the tropical gardens with the latest equipment including treadmills, bike's, universal set, and free weights.

12. Do you have any type of mini-mart?

Yes, our Resort Centre Deli offers everything from freshly brewed coffee, pasties, gifts and daily essentials like snacks, sun block and sundry items.

13. Where is breakfast served and at what times?

Our daily breakfast buffet is served at J's Café & Restaurant from 6:30amto 10:30am.

14. What is available in the evenings for dinner?

J's Café & Restaurant currently has a variety of international buffets at least four times a week and a excellent a la carte menu with both international and Thai favourites. Pesto Restaurant located on the beachfront serves a combination of Italian, Mediterranean, and grilled meats and seafood.

15. What activities do you have at the hotel?

Starting with the kids we have a fantastic kids club that has a ball pit, lots of games, mini swing and slide, PlayStation and Wii. Then there is an outdoor playground, a giant sand pit, and kid's swimming pool. We also have ongoing kid's activities all day. For the teenagers and adults we have a fitness centre, teen zone with PlayStation and Wii, there is foosball, pool table, table tennis, dart boards, petanque, and a heap of activities throughout the day like yoga classes, cooking classes, volleyball games and more.
